4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely access, clear site instructions, safe working conditions, and any information needed to perform services effectively and safely. Clients must also ensure that the worksite is suitable for the scheduled work and that any required approvals or access coordination are in place.

5. Scheduling and Service Standards

Anuva will perform services in good faith and in accordance with the agreed scope, schedule, and quality standards. However, service standards may be affected by variables outside of our control, including weather, facility disruptions, construction activity, occupancy changes, emergency conditions, or customer-requested scope modifications.

6. Payment

Payment terms will be established in the applicable service agreement, written estimate, or proposal. Late or disputed payments may result in suspension or termination of services, subject to applicable law and contractual provisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Anuva Cleaning Corporation is not responsible for damages arising from conditions beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, facility defects, unauthorized access, vandalism, emergency incidents, or customer-provided materials and conditions.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for claims arising from services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, layouts, and design elements, is owned or licensed by Anuva Cleaning Corporation and may not be reproduced or reused without prior written permission.

9. Website Use
